At Pediatrilla, we are dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care for specially-abled children, empowering them to reach their fullest potential. Our early intervention clinic is designed to support children with a variety of developmental, physical, and cognitive challenges through a holistic, multidisciplinary approach.

With a team of experienced pediatric specialists, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and developmental experts, we create individualized therapy plans that address each child’s unique needs. By using a combination of evidence-based techniques and innovative therapies, we focus on fostering growth, independence, and confidence in every child we serve.

Cerebral Palsy

Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a group of disorders affecting movement, muscle tone, and posture, often caused by brain damage before or during birth. Children with CP may have difficulties with motor skills, muscle stiffness, or involuntary movements, impacting their daily activities and independence. Early intervention with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and, assistive devices can significantly improve motor functions and quality of life

ADHD

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) is a condition that affects a child’s ability to focus, control impulses, and manage hyperactive behavior. Children with ADHD may struggle to follow instructions or stay organized. Treatment typically involves a combination of occupational therapy, behavioral therapy, parent training, academic support, and understanding of HD(Hyperactivity Disorder) symptoms to manage the condition effectively.

Autism

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a developmental condition characterized by challenges in social interaction, communication, and repetitive behaviors. Symptoms can vary some children may have language delays, while others struggle with social skills. Early diagnosis is crucial for intervention, which may include speech therapy, behavioral therapy, and educational support. A tailored approach helps children improve their overall functioning.

Neurological & Orthopedic

Neurological and Orthopedic Disorders in children affect the nervous and musculoskeletal systems. Conditions include spina bifida, cerebral palsy, scoliosis, and muscular dystrophy. These may cause walking difficulties, coordination issues, or chronic pain. Treatment includes physical therapy, orthopedic devices, and medications. Early intervention is crucial for improving mobility and quality of life.

Club Foot

Club foot is a congenital deformity where a baby’s foot appears twisted inward and downward. Without correction, it can cause walking difficulty and disability. The condition is usually diagnosed at birth or during prenatal ultrasound. Treatment typically involves the Ponseti method, using casts to gradually correct the foot’s position, followed by bracing.

Erb’s Palsy

Erb’s Palsy is a condition resulting from an injury to the brachial plexus, a network of nerves that control the shoulder, arm, and hand. This injury often occurs during a difficult childbirth, and its symptoms include weakness or paralysis in the affected arm, with limited mobility or sensation. Treatment includes physical therapy to strengthen the arm.

Dyslexia

Dyslexia is a learning disorder that primarily affects reading and essential language-based processing skills. Children with dyslexia may often struggle to recognize words, decode letters, or fully comprehend text despite having average or above-average intelligence. They may also face consistent difficulties with spelling and writing.

Genu Valgus and Genu Varum

Genu Valgus (knock knees) and Genu Varum (bowlegs) are common developmental conditions in children. Genu Valgus causes the knees to touch while the ankles remain apart, whereas Genu Varum causes a noticeable gap between the knees when the feet are together.

Hemiplegia

Hemiplegia is a type of cerebral palsy that affects one side of the body, resulting in muscle weakness or paralysis, leading to difficulties with balance, coordination, and fine motor skills on the affected side. Therapy, including physiotherapy and occupational therapy, can help improve mobility and muscle function, enabling them to perform daily activities more independently.

Down Syndrome

Down syndrome is a genetic condition caused by an extra copy of chromosome 21. It leads to physical features like a flat face, slanted eyes, and short stature, with intellectual and developmental delays. Early intervention through therapies, education, and medical care helps develop essential skills for an independent life to the best of their potential

Holding a postgraduate degree from Amity University, I specialize in working with differently-abled children, using an array of cutting-edge techniques tailored to each child’s unique needs.

My approach to pediatric physiotherapy is built on empathy, creativity, and a deep understanding of child development. I incorporate a range of specialized methods such as MNRI (Reflex Integration), PIASTM, TMR (Teens & Tots), Visual Rehabilitation, Movement Lesson, Theratogs, the King of Swings, and the Crispiani method to create personalized care plans that foster progress in a fun and engaging way.

When my daughter was 4 months old, I began visiting Dr. Rouchi—not for any specific concern, but to ensure my child was meeting all age-appropriate milestones.
My daughter seemed on the verge of skipping the crawling stage and heading straight to walking (which seemed common to me)

Dr. Rouchi took the time to sit with me and explain the importance of crawling, detailing the many benefits it provides for a child’s development. She then guided us step by step, helping my daughter learn to crawl. Thanks to her patience and expertise, my daughter eventually mastered crawling and enjoyed every moment of it. I’m truly grateful for her care and dedication

When my son was just 2 months old, I noticed he had stopped moving his head to the left and seemed to be constantly looking in one direction. Despite consulting multiple pediatricians, no one could identify the issue. However, Dr. Rouchi was meticulous in her approach and quickly diagnosed the concern. She used gentle, age-appropriate techniques that encouraged my baby to start moving his neck again. After about 10-12 sessions, the issue was completely resolved, and my son regained full, natural neck movement. We are incredibly grateful for her expertise and care.

With so many therapists around & half of them not really having enough expertise and knowledge of their own field,it’s very difficult for us parents (of special kids )to be on the right track..
How blessed we are to have found her.
Dr. Rouchi Goel is not only a great therapist but an amazing human being.She knows her work very well,she knows her kids (their moods,needs,tantrums)& most of all she knows how to keep the parents constantly motivated.
I have never seen any clinic so full of toys, games,equipments,machines and what not.
She loves to keep her clinic upgraded with anything and everything her kids might benefit from.
She loves to keep herself upgraded as well with all the newer techniques and practices in the market.
She introduced THERATOGS to my kid even though I was a little apprehensive initially Cz I had never heard about it from any other therapist but she constantly motivated me to make him wear it and it has for sure given tremendous results.
Besides the physical treatment that my kid needs she has worked on his major stranger anxiety levels,breathing issues,digestion issues,vision related issues,intellectual interests and his confidence building.
You tell her an issue and she would be ready to resolve it for you in a few days.
No wonder we have found a great mentor in her❤️

I am so glad that I came to you. Your exercises are just like a magic for my muscles, your every exercise give me more power in my whole body. After, 1 year of hard work I felt very confident in difficult foot work and handwork. I love doing sessions from you. Every single day is bringing me closer to my milestones with you.

This is the review of my child for Dr Rouchi Goel, a Pediatric physiotherapist. Earlier he used to avoid doing exercises and felt very tired and frustrated with therapies. But now, with the sessions from Dr Rouchi Goel, he has become very confident in his daily chores. He enjoys sessions with her. She puts genuine and dedicated efforts to connect with the child and with patience, helps the child achieve his milestones. She even educates the parents very well and also engages the parents in the child’s wonderful journey. Her knowledge in her field is superb and she also strives hard in upgrading her expertise.
